These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Bulleo (“Bulleo,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including all content, functionality, and services offered therein (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
1. Eligibility
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction; and
2. You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement.
2. User Accounts
2.1 Registration. To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
2.2 Confidentiality. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
2.3 Termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you are found to be in violation of this Agreement.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services:
• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law or regulation;
• To infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights;
• To transmit harmful code, malware, or unauthorized data collection tools;
• To interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Ownership. All content, features, functionality, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the Services are owned by Bulleo or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
4.2 Limited License. Subject to compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for lawful personal or business purposes.
5. User Content
5.1 Submission. By submitting, uploading, or transmitting content through the Services (“User Content”), you grant Bulleo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform such User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
5.2 Responsibility. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to grant the license described herein.
6. Fees and Payment
6.1 Billing. Certain features of the Services may be subject to fees. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge all applicable fees to your designated payment method.
6.2 Refunds. Refunds for product orders are provided in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. In summary: items may be returned within 7 days of delivery (within Doha) or 14 days (outside Doha), provided they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. Bulleo is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites and disclaims all liability arising from your use thereof.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
• Bulleo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services; and
• Our total liability for any claim under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Bulleo, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bulleo, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your violation of this Agreement or your use of the Services.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement shall immediately cease.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Doha, Qatar.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
