Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 7 days of receiving your order for deliveries within Doha, or within 14 days for deliveries outside Doha.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Final-sale items and items damaged by misuse cannot be returned.
How to start a return
- Email support@bulleosportswear.com with your full name, order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective or incorrect.
- Our team replies within 24 business hours with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed.
Refunds
Once approved, we process your refund promptly on our end. It's then sent to your original payment method — exactly when it appears in your account after that depends on your bank or card provider's own processing time, which is outside our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. For a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.
Damaged or incorrect items
Received something damaged or wrong? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
