How long does delivery take?
Your order is handed to our courier the same day it’s placed on business days. Delivery takes 2–3 business days within Qatar and 3–10 business days to the GCC. Shipping is free on every order in Qatar. To the GCC, it’s free on orders of QAR 500 or more; below that, Qatar Post EMS rates apply (from QAR 55), shown at checkout. Worldwide delivery takes 7–14 business days; rates are calculated at checkout, with free shipping on orders of QAR 1,200 or more. Full details on our Shipping Policy.
What if it doesn’t fit?
Your first size exchange on any order delivered in Qatar is free. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need, and we’ll collect the original and deliver the new size at no cost, subject to stock. If you’d rather return it, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for orders within Qatar, or 14 days for orders outside Qatar, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and still has all original tags and labels attached. How do I pick my size?
Every product page has a size guide with the garment’s measurements and a drawing that shows how each one is taken. Lay a piece you own that fits you well flat, measure it the same way, and pick the closest size. Our fabrics stretch, so the garment numbers are smaller than your body measurements. If you’re between sizes or unsure, email us and we’ll recommend the right fit.
Are the leggings squat-proof?
The Zenith Power, Motion Set, Dusk Sculpt and Aqua leggings are: fully opaque and built for squats, lifting, running and everything in between, with a squat-proof guarantee on each page. The Sentinel Set Leggings are a softer, brushed studio fabric in lighter shades, so we don’t sell them as squat-proof.
How can I pay?
Checkout is secured by Tap Payments. Pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. In Qatar you can also pay cash on delivery, and shipping is free on those orders too.
Do you ship outside Qatar?
Yes. Shipping to the GCC is free on orders of QAR 500 or more; smaller GCC orders ship at Qatar Post EMS rates (from QAR 55), shown at checkout. We also ship worldwide: for countries outside the GCC, rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

How do I place an order?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at support@bulleosportswear.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you your Qatar Post tracking number. Enter it on qatarpost.qa to follow your parcel. Delivery estimates begin at dispatch, not at the time of purchase.
Product Care
How should I care for my Bulleo gear?
Wash at 30°C or below, inside out, with similar colours. Skip fabric softener and bleach. Do not tumble dry: hang or lay flat to dry, out of direct sun. Do not iron over the logo. This keeps the stretch and shape of the fabric for longer.
Discounts
Is there a discount for buying a set?
No. There’s no set discount: every piece has the same price whether you buy it alone or as part of a set.
Do you offer a discount for followers?
Yes. Follow us on Instagram (@bulleosportswear) and comment BULLEO on any post. We check the follow and send you BULLEO10 by DM: 10% off your order, one use per customer.
Can I combine offers?
No. One discount code per order, and discounts can’t be combined.
